KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT– STRATEGIC CUSTOMER PROGRAMS
Enterprise deal closer across J&J’s top U.S. customers.
Team responsible for $4B orthopedic business unit sales revenue. Operates at the intersection of sales, marketing, and enterprise strategy to drive revenue, long-term growth and deepen partnerships across complex health systems. Key account leader, partnering across business units to identify growth opportunities, align go-to-market strategies, and unlock value within top-tier customers.

SENIOR MANAGER, US COMMERCIAL TRANSFORMATION
US regional leader for commercial sales transformation.
Led GTM execution and transformation strategy across J&J MedTech’s largest region (USA) serving on the Global Transformation Office. Built a 20 person team and we successfully executed a $30M product technology transition in under 2-years across all U.S health system accounts. Driving a complex portfolio conversion to new medical technology through sales, stakeholder alignment across procurement, clinical leadership, and supply chain.

MANAGER, COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & EXECUTION
Executed commercial strategy for the world's largest orthopedics company.
Built ambulatory surgery center go-to-market strategy and net-new team; supported 16.7% YoY growth and $450M in channel revenue. Supported VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution commercial launch, 200 robots sold year 1.
2022
SALES LEAD DIGITAL SURGERY & OR TECHNOLOGY
Sold and deployed digital operating room technology.
Sold and deployed remote-access digital surgical platforms nationwide at the height of COVID; when operating rooms were shutting down and patients couldn't wait. The mission was urgent: get innovative technology into active clinical environments fast enough to keep surgeries happening.

SALES CONSULTANT
Sold medical devices.
$35 million dollar metro territory. Consulted surgeons and healthcare professionals; overseeing a full range of surgical devices, and focused on selling comprehensive surgical solutions in operating room settings. Exceeded all MBO targets; ranked #1 nationally at Selling Skills Competition

SALES TRAINING REPRESENTATIVE
Learned to sell medical devices, and trained other reps.
Sales leadership and development program; supported Commercial Education in new medical device product training, account conversions, and key customer engagement across Ethicon's medical device portfolio: Wound closure, Endo-Mechanical, Energy, and Biosurgery.

Supported the development of 135,000 employees worldwide.
Member of the Early In Career Accelerated Development Team, supported the design and implementation of a new HR program for the entire 135,000-person organization while leading global project communications under Senior HR Leader's oversight.

Designed solutions for the 1 billion people using J&J products.
At the J&J Design Studio, contributed to new product launch design and patient experience project, honing expertise in ecosystem design and the circular economy of connected care.

Got a taste of Silicon Valley at one of the first healthcare AI providers; enhanced engagement through a refined referral system and advised CEO and Head of Growth on strategy, supported 23andMe partnership.

SALES INTERN

Had a hand in $87 Billion of sales revenue.
First official role at J&J learning sales and marketing; optimized Neutrogena Masterbrand's performance, executed three impactful digital marketing campaigns, and conducted an ecommerce landscape assessment.
2016
CO-FOUNDER

Founded a VR startup.
Scratched the entrepreneurial itch while a college freshman student; raised a $75K investment for a mobile app bringing cosmetics into the on-demand economy through virtual reality.

Interned for the world's largest startup competition.
Intern for the world's largest business idea competition, originating in my hometown of Buffalo; planned USA-Canada roadshow, designed community-featured startup events, and engaged in city government meetings.
